Occasional part-time order processing/posting job at Southampton Full Time

Overview
We are seeking someone to help us with processing online and posting them out when we are unable to because of travel or other reasons. This would be an ideal job for either a student at Solent University since it is close, or someone who is in secondary school.

We are a very small business selling mostly pre-loved American sports apparel to the UK and Europe. This will be a casual, occasional job for when someone is unable to work. However, if we grow or diversify it could mean more hours. Also, if you are in social media, that would be a plus and could lead to more work.

We are right on the 16, 18, bus line and a quick walk to the post office.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders using our software, computer, and printer
• Choose postage service and pack order and apply postage
• Occasionally assist with filing and organising products
• Possible position growth by helping create and manage social media posts
• Various sundry duties as needed
• We can provide reduced or free product as bonus compensation
• Must have good accuracy and attention to detail

Position will be as needed, if the director is traveling it will be 3 to 4 times per week and if not, 1-2 times per week. Each time coming in will not take any longer than one or two hours. Therefore it would be best for a student who just wants to supplement or perhaps a pensioner looking to get out and make a little extra money.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 10.0 per week
