The Apollo Hotel is a long-established independent 3-star hotel located minutes from Birmingham City Centre, serving both corporate and leisure guests.
We are seeking a reliable, professional and experienced Hotel Front Office Associate to join our reception team on a part-time basis.
This is a genuine hospitality role within a busy operational hotel environment and is suitable for candidates who already have previous hotel reception experience and are comfortable working independently across all shifts.

This role requires:
✔ Minimum 2 years’ previous hotel reception experience
✔ Ability to work Early, Late and Night shifts
✔ Weekend and Bank Holiday availability
✔ Confident communication in fluent English
✔ Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods
✔ Reliability, punctuality and strong attention to detail
Applicants without previous hotel reception experience are unlikely to be shortlisted.
Shift Patterns
Rotational shifts across all 7 days. Flexibility across all shifts is essential.
