Duties

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
• Have meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress using hubspot
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Analyse customer feedback and market trends to help improve sales strategies.
• Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering enquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
• Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive, confident manner.
• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and resilience when handling objections during calls.
