The Role

This position combines:

• front-of-house reception
• patient coordination
• lead conversion
• sales and patient nurturing

You will be responsible for managing patient enquiries from initial contact through to booking and treatment, while delivering an exceptional patient experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House

• Welcome patients professionally
• Deliver a luxury clinic experience
• Manage appointments and diaries
• Handle calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media enquiries
• Process deposits and payments
• Maintain CRM and patient records accurately

Sales & Patient Conversion

• Respond rapidly to new leads and enquiries
• Build strong rapport with prospective patients
• Convert consultations into booked treatments
• Follow up warm leads consistently
• Discuss pricing, finance options, and treatment plans confidently
• Maximise consultation-to-treatment conversion rates
• Support clinic growth through excellent patient care and sales ability

Ideal Candidate

Experience

Preferred but not essential:

• aesthetics or cosmetic surgery
• luxury hospitality
• high-end retail
• dental/medical reception
• sales or telesales experience

Full training can be provided for the right candidate.
