Role Description:

Our commitment in continuous and endless services to our students and business associates, On Point Study is thrilled to announce that, we’re expanding our team and looking for passionate Education Consultant and Marketing Officer to join our team, either on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be serving our London Offices, mostly remotely, but based on the operational requirements the candidate might require to serve from our offices. You will be responsible for generating student enquiries through local community engagement, partner development, and direct communication with prospective applicants. The role involves guiding and counsel students from admission to enrolment, but not limited only to our B2C model, the candidate might work in developing and expanding our business associates (B2B) network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review prospective students’ applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Verify application information, including contacting references and resolving any discrepancies.
• Understanding the scopes and challenges and overcome with potential collaboration.
• Manage social media and online advertising.
• Coordinating community outreach and offline promotions.
• Provide detailed and personalized advice on higher education options in the UK.
• Assist students in understanding their academic choices and guide them through the application process.
• Conduct online, phone, or face-to-face interviews with prospective students before final application decisions.
• Creating engaging content such as emails, flyers, and social posts.
• Analysing campaign performance and providing actionable insights.
• Working closely with admission teams to optimize results.
• Responding to daily inquiries from students and agents.
• Developing strong networks to build the community outreach for On Point Study.
• Organizing events and managing connections in communities.
• Ensuring deliver students’ inquiries, support in admissions and enrolment.

Requirements:

• Bachelors minimum, with experience in the same field is preferable.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Polish or Romanian and English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong connectivity with the local communities.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and social media (advantageous).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexible availability for full-time or part-time hours.
• Flexible in travelling.
• Highly motivated and self-learner.
