We are seeking a reliable and physically capable CSCS Labourer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be involved in a variety of labouring tasks across different projects, supporting skilled trades and ensuring smooth site operations. Duties

• Assisting with the preparation and clearing of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
• Supporting trades such as roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical work, plastering, masonry, carpentry, and construction painting as required
• Handling hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
• Assisting with fabrication tasks and working from schematics when necessary
• Moving materials around site to facilitate various phases of construction projects
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Supporting site managers with general labouring duties to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card is essential for this role
• Previous experience in construction or labouring roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Knowledge of construction trades such as roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical work, plastering, masonry, carpentry, or painting is desirable
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely
• Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in demanding environments
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks on-site
