We are a fast-growing exterior cleaning company specialising in:
* Roof cleaning
* Pressure washing
* Gutter cleaning
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and reliable Operations & Admin Assistant to help support the day-to-day running of the business as we continue to grow.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, communication, problem-solving, and being part of a growing business with long-term opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Managing customer enquiries
* Organising schedules and bookings
* Following up quotes and leads
* Updating CRM/job systems
* Communicating with customers and technicians
* Assisting with invoicing and admin tasks
* Keeping jobs organised and running smoothly
* Supporting operational efficiency across the business
