Part-Time Retail Assistant – ES Jewellery

ES Jewellery is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused individual to join our family-run jewellery store as a Part-Time Retail Assistant.

This is a customer-facing role, and previous retail experience is essential. You will play a vital role in representing the face of our business and supporting our team in delivering the exceptional level of service our loyal clientele expect within a fast-paced retail environment.

Hours & Availability

• Average of 21.5 hours per week
• Usual working days: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
• Flexibility is essential to cover holidays, sickness (sometimes at short notice), Christmas, events, and other busy periods

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Support sales targets and promotional activity
• Handle transactions accurately and professionally
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

The successful candidate will:

• Have at least one year of retail or customer service experience (required)
• Be confident, positive, and customer-focused
• Be flexible, reliable, and able to think on their feet
• Learn quickly and show a willingness to develop
• Have a genuine interest in fashion and jewellery, with strong attention to detail
