Responsibilities

- Support students with special educational needs by adapting teaching methods accordingly.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents where appropriate.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes confidence and motivation.
- Utilise effective communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently.
- Maintain organised records of tutoring sessions, attendance, and progress reports.
Experience
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is essential, especially with children or students requiring special education support.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with learners of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
- Experience working with children is essential, along with patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for education.
