We are a pioneering academy delivering OFQUAL regulated qualifications through CIBTAC and VTCT from Level 2 through to Level 7. Our focus is standards, safety, educational integrity and producing genuinely competent practitioners ready for the future of the industry.

We are now expanding our educator team and are looking for experienced freelance tutors across beauty, aesthetics, skin, laser and education.

There is also the opportunity for employed positions should the partnership suit both parties long term.

The Role

• Deliver high quality teaching and practical training across Levels 2 to 7
• Support learners through both theory and practical elements of regulated qualifications
• Uphold awarding body standards and compliance requirements
• Guide and mentor learners to industry ready competence, not just course completion
• Contribute to an academy culture centred around excellence, professionalism and progression
• Participate in practical assessments, observations, learner support and feedback
• Support hybrid delivery including online and face to face teaching where required

What We Are Looking For

• Qualified in Education and Training essential
• Must hold OFQUAL regulated qualifications in the modalities being taught
• Experience delivering regulated qualifications preferred
• Strong understanding of CIBTAC and/or VTCT standards
• Tutors required across Level 2 through to Level 7 pathways
• Industry experience essential
• Excellent written and spoken English essential
• Passion for raising standards within the beauty and aesthetics industry
• Confident, professional and able to command a classroom and clinic environment
• Individuals who care about learner outcomes, safety and real competence
