Thrive Lincs is looking for a Learning Mentor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in education. Must have own transport. A DBS is advantageous. Immediate start available.

Responsibilities

  • Manage student’s timetable.
  • To provide 1 to 1 education support to individuals with SEND.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
  • Provide feedback to employer.
  • Write daily reports.
  • Developing a bespoke, child-led educational program that is based around a child’s interests.
  • To develop relationships and trust with the student and family/carers.
  • Ensuring safeguarding of the children/young people is paramount and safeguarding policies adhered too.
  • Ensure that all records are kept in accordance with company policies and procedures regarding record keeping.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

Pay: £20.00-£35.00 per hour
