The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing inbound patient enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
• Supporting patients through every stage of their treatment journey
• Booking and coordinating appointments efficiently
• Delivering a premium customer experience with warmth and professionalism
• Working closely with clinicians, treatment coordinators, and management teams
• Maintaining high service standards within a busy, fast-paced environment
• Helping create a positive, energetic atmosphere across the practice
