Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking member to join our fast-paced open kitchen. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, ensure food safety standards are maintained, and contribute to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Smashing burgers on live fire, frying chips or corn, and plating dishes
• Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Restock supplies when needed
• Support with general kitchen duties such as washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and waste disposal

Skills

• Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is essential
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy setting
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
