We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our real estate office and support clients throughout the sales and lettings process. This role would suit someone who is organised, professional, and comfortable speaking with people on the phone and in person.
Day-to-day duties will include answering enquiries, booking viewings, responding to emails, updating client records, and assisting the team with general office tasks. You will often be the first point of contact for customers, so a friendly and professional manner is important.

Experience in property or estate agency is helpful but not required, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
