The Role:
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming patients and visitors to the clinic
* Managing front desk operations and patient check-ins
* Booking appointments and coordinating clinician schedules
* Handling patient enquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Processing payments, invoicing, and administrative duties
* Supporting clinicians to maintain efficient patient flow
* Maintaining confidentiality and delivering high standards of patient care
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a private clinic, GP surgery, dental practice, or hospitality setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional appearance and patient-focused approach
* Strong organisational and IT skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using EHR/clinic management systems is desirable
