• Follow up on leads generated through various channels to convert them into successful sales
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using organisational tools
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching target audiences
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Experience

• Proven experience in B2B sales or similar roles, preferably within a commission-based environment
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer service, demonstrating professionalism and rapport-building abilities
• Familiarity with IT systems for managing contacts, leads, and sales data efficiently
• Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate client visits and meetings
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to handle multiple prospects simultaneously
