Based in our vibrant London office, you would be providing sales administration and resourcing support to a successful consultants providing recruitment solutions to local authority, public sector organisations and housing associations across London and the South East.
Due to an increase in workload, we are in need of an enthusiastic, motivated and committed Talent Co-ordinator with a strong communication and organisational skills.
The Job
As a Talent Coordinator, your responsibilities and duties will include:
– Providing administrative support to recruitment consultants
– Registering candidates and maintaining a database
– Maximising the use of on-line recruitment resources, such as, job boards and company website
– Managing advertising and marketing campaigns
– Obtaining references and compliance documentation
– Researching and sourcing talent for live vacancies
The Person
We are looking for a confident, self motivated and ambitious individual who is looking to build their career in recruitment.
The right candidate will be able to work as part of a team with excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential alongside understanding of social media platforms.
