Key Responsibilities

• Craft and serve a range of hot and cold beverages
• Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service throughout their visit
• Operate various equipment including blenders and other machinery to prepare drinks
• Keep the workspace tidy and organized
• Follow standardized recipes to maintain beverage quality and consistency
• Manage cash transactions and operate the register accurately
• Assist with kitchen preparation tasks as needed
• Enforce company policies to ensure smooth and consistent operations
• Maintain hygiene standards to create a safe environment for both staff and customers
• Comply with food safety guidelines and best practices
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work atmosphere
• Stay composed and efficient during busy periods to maintain service excellence
• Ensure careful packaging and presentation of orders to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous barista or similar experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
• Strong time management skills to meet order deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to details
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing orders
• Effective communication skills for engaging with customers and colleagues
