Kematim Concepts Ltd is a UK-based employability, workforce development, and training organisation focused on helping individuals become job-ready through structured support, training, and career development programmes.
As part of our ongoing expansion, including the development of Kematim Academy, we are looking to recruit a Healthcare Training Coordinator to support our healthcare training and workforce readiness operations.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will support the coordination and delivery of healthcare-related training programmes designed to prepare individuals for employment within the health and social care sector.
The role will involve assisting with training delivery, learner support, practical workshops, onboarding coordination, and the development of training resources aligned with workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of healthcare-related training sessions
- Assist with induction and refresher training programmes
- Coordinate learner attendance and training schedules
- Support practical workshops and learner engagement
- Maintain training records and documentation
- Assist with the development of training materials
- Work closely with management to support Kematim Academy operations
Requirements
- Experience within health and social care
- Understanding of workforce development and healthcare training
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to support learners from diverse backgrounds
- Relevant healthcare or social care qualifications desirable
Desirable
- Experience supporting mandatory healthcare training
- Training coordination experience
- Interest in employability and workforce development
Pay: £24,420.00-£51,448.75 per year
