A highly regarded law firm based in Central London is seeking a proactive and organised Junior PA to join their busy team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous law firm experience as a Junior PA or Team PA who is looking to further develop their career within a professional and supportive environment.
The Role
Supporting a team of fee earners, duties will include:
- Diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- File management and document organisation
- Billing and expense administration
- Liaising with clients and internal departments
- General administrative and PA support
About You
To be considered, you must have:
- Previous experience working within a law firm as a Junior PA or Team PA
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
