The role As a Sales Assistant, you’re a key part of the store’s day-to-day success — supporting customers, keeping the shopfloor looking its best, and helping the team deliver a smooth, fast and friendly experience. This is a 3-month temporary contract. An extension or permanent role may be possible depending on business needs and performance, but it isn’t guaranteed. The work is hands-on and fast-paced, and you’ll learn quickly through on-the-job support and training. This role is for you if you… • Enjoy a high-energy environment and like staying busy and active • Are reliable, organised and good at managing your time • Stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly when priorities change • Are naturally customer-focused and enjoy helping people • Work well in a team and communicate with respect and positivity • Show resilience and the right mindset to learn and improve every day • Are ambitious and interested in growing your career in retail What you’ll do • Deliver great customer service, even during busy moments • Work across the shopfloor, stockroom, deliveries and tills • Process large volumes of stock accurately and efficiently • Keep the shopfloor organised, well-presented and easy to shop • Follow clear procedures and routines to keep everyone safe • Support your team to keep the store running smoothly • Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives Availability & flexibility • Weekend work is part of retail and required, depending on contracted hours • Your availability is agreed before you start and is expected to remain consistent once in role • This role may include early mornings, late finishes and busy trading periods
