A welcoming and well-organised Primary School in the borough of Haringey is seeking an experienced School Administrator to join their busy front office team on a part-time, Monday to Friday basis.

This School Administrator role offers consistent morning hours, working 8:30am – 12:30pm daily, making it ideal for someone looking for school-hours work within a structured and supportive environment.

PLEASE NOTE: Only candidates with previous UK school experience will be considered for this School Administrator role. Applications without school-based experience will not be shortlisted.

Key Requirements for the School Administrator

• Must have previous experience working as a School Administrator in a UK school setting
• Strong working knowledge of SIMS is essential for this School Administrator role
• ARBOR experience is highly desirable but not essential
• Confident handling attendance, pupil records, and general school office duties
• Excellent communication and organisational skills expected of a School Administrator
• Ability to work independently during busy morning periods

School Administrator Responsibilities

• Managing daily administrative tasks within the school office as a School Administrator
• Using SIMS confidently for attendance, data entry, and pupil records as a School Administrator
• Supporting staff, parents, and visitors as the first point of contact as a School Administrator
• Assisting senior leadership with clerical and organisational tasks as a School Administrator
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times as a School Administrator
