Full job description
We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, helping clients with their enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service.
You’ll communicate with customers across phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information and support in a timely and professional manner. If you’re someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly via phone, email, and live chat.
- Maintain accurate customer records through data entry and system updates.
- Build rapport with customers using strong communication and phone etiquette.
- Identify customer needs, resolve issues, or escalate more complex cases when needed.
- Spot opportunities to recommend relevant products or services.
- Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to improving processes.
- Deliver every interaction with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
About You
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required—full training is provided.
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable using data entry systems or CRM tools (or willing to learn).
- Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A proactive problem-solver with a practical and analytical approach.

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
