The Role – Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting primary-aged pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. You will work closely with pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping them to regulate their emotions, develop positive coping strategies, and remain engaged in learning.
