Assistant Relationship Manager job at City of London Full Time

An SME international bank requires an Assistant Relationship Manager to provide support to the Head of Corporate Lending and wider corporate lending department within a busy team.

Duties to include:

• Providing an excellent level of service to the established client base,
• Account opening new customers,
• Maintaining the portfolio queries and detailing all financial/ non financial covenant checking and monitoring for all corporate lending.
• Dealing with associated paperwork to support the Relationship Managers.

Successful applicants will have a minimum of 2 years relationship management support exposure and have experience analysing financial statements as requested and ideally have experience calculating customer facility availability in a corporate lending environment.

This all- encompassing role could serve as an excellent steppingstone towards becoming a corporate relationship manager or could offer scope for an already experienced assistant relationship manager to increase their product and market knowledge exposure with an extremely busy, varied role.
