We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our expanding team at Brain Innovation Ltd. This hybrid working role offers an exciting opportunity for ambitious sales professionals passionate about technology and revenue growth. The successful candidate will focus on hunting new business, building strong client relationships, and driving rapid revenue through our innovative custom software solutions, AI & Machine Learning, IoT, AR/VR, and full digital marketing services. With a base salary of up to £40,000 GBP (depending on experience) and high uncapped commission, this position provides substantial earning potential for top performers who thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Duties

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and targeted prospecting
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with UK manufacturers, SMEs, and other clients, understanding their digital transformation needs to offer tailored software and AI solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and compelling presentations to prospective clients, clearly highlighting features, benefits, and ROI
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to negotiation and closing of high-value deals
• Collaborate closely with our delivery, development, and marketing teams to create winning proposals and ensure seamless project handovers
• Utilise CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, forecast sales, and monitor performance
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities
• Provide regular insights from the market and clients to support continuous improvement of our solutions

Skills

• Proven track record in B2B sales within software, SaaS, IT services, or digital agency environments (2+ years preferred)
• Strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to generate and close new business consistently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for effective pipeline management
• Solid understanding of software development, AI, digital marketing, or related technologies (no coding required)
• Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven with a positive attitude towards cold outreach and rejection handling
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating effectively as part of a supportive team
