Flight School Reception/Operations Co-ordinator job at Chigwell Full Time NEW

We are recruiting a new team member for our Reception/Operations department at Stapleford Flight Centre. You will be required to work a three week shift pattern of approximately 30 hours a week. Shifts are split commencing 08.30am until 2pm or 1.45pm. until close (approx 7pm) Shifts include weekends and bank holidays.

Skills, Abilities and Education:

• Operating computers and familiar with Windows Program
• Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people. Able to be discreet and diplomatic, approachable and flexible
• Ability to work as part of a team with minimum supervision covering all aspects of the reception function, with ability to use initiave appropriately.
• Ability and willingness to cover for other administrative team members and work outside of normal hours on occasions
• An understanding of reception and customer service work
• Educated to a good standard with GCSE in English and Maths
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Experience of handling money and tills

You will be part of a small team providing reception services and co-ordinating the smooth daily running of our operations department.

DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE AIRFIELD – YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT.

YOU SHOULD LIVE WITHIN 45 MINUTES TRAVELLING TIME OF THE AIRFIELD.
