Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
• Coordinate with technical team to present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients in a compelling and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing and post sale follow up.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets agreed upon with management.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, pipeline status, and client interactions using the designated CRM platform.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to position solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams where required to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A self starter mentality with the discipline to manage your own schedule and workload effectively.
• Confidence in approaching new prospects and handling objections professionally.

• Prior experience working in a commission only or entrepreneurial environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic digital communication platforms is preferred.

Compensation

This role operates on a strictly commission based structure. Successful candidates will earn a competitive percentage of each completed sale, with no earnings cap. Top performers have the opportunity to significantly exceed the equivalent of a full time salary. Detailed commission rates and payment terms will be discussed during the interview process.
