Coordinating schedules – including preparing rotas, liaising and communicating with stakeholders
Building awareness – assessing clients in your local community
Upholding reputation – handling complaints & taking action
Delivering care – offering clients a friendly face & good company; participating in out of hours on-call
Leadership – by inducting new starters & assessing Team training
Upholding standards – ensuring compliance with policies
