## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in providing exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and have excellent organisational skills to manage office tasks efficiently.
## Responsibilities
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
– Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
– Perform clerical duties such as data entry and filing
– Manage office supplies and maintain an organised reception area
– Assist with administrative tasks using Google Suite and QuickBooks
– Handle incoming and outgoing post efficiently
## Requirements
– Proficient in using computerised systems for data entry
– Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
– Previous experience in an office or administrative role is advantageous
– Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
– Ability to type accurately and use Microsoft Office applications
