Part-Time Remote Patient Coordinator & Marketing Assistant

Aesthetics & Cosmetic Clinic – London

We are a growing luxury aesthetics and cosmetic clinic looking for a highly organised, proactive and personable Remote Patient Coordinator & Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in:

• aesthetics or medical reception/admin
• patient coordination
• social media/marketing support
• lead handling and conversion

We are looking for someone warm, polished and reliable who understands the importance of excellent patient experience and fast communication.

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday: 12pm–1pm
• Monday–Thursday: 5pm–6pm
• Sunday: 4pm–5pm

Approx. 10 hours per week remotely, with flexibility for occasional additional support when needed.

You will also be required to attend the clinic approximately once per month for content creation/social media shooting days.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to new patient enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram and email
• Calling and following up new leads
• Booking consultations and managing the diary
• Following up treatment plans and incomplete enquiries
• Managing recalls and patient follow-up communication
• Assisting with social media coordination and content planning
• Supporting monthly content shoot days
• Maintaining a high-end, concierge-style patient experience

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in aesthetics, cosmetic dentistry or medical admin preferred
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable speaking with high-value patients/leads
• Confident using Instagram, WhatsApp and booking systems
• Proactive and solutions-focused
• Marketing/social media experience desirable

Pay Structure

• £15/hour
• PLUS £10 bonus per attended consultation successfully booked

Location

Remote role with occasional in-person attendance in London for monthly content shoots.
