We are seeking experienced, compassionate and dedicated Carer Support Workers to provide essential assistance to individuals in our community as Domicilliary care workers. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care routines such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support clients in maintaining their independence through practical help with daily tasks
• Monitor and report on clients’ health status, noting any changes or concerns
• Encourage participation in social activities and promote mental wellbeing
• Follow care plans accurately and ensure all activities are carried out safely
• Maintain accurate records of support provided and any incidents or observations
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices by providing guidance on nutrition and wellness
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other support workers as needed
