With 6 thriving locations across London, we’re a fast-growing brand with real momentum — and we’re now bringing Bobo & Wild to St Albans, opening soon inside the stunning Encourt Wellness Club.

The Role
We’re looking for a confident, warm, and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team at our St Albans opening. Someone who brings genuine energy to every shift, communicates clearly, and makes every guest feel like the best part of their day was dining with us.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Naturally warm, empathetic and guest-focused personality
- Confident communicator — clear, present, and engaging
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Takes ownership, shows initiative, and isn’t afraid to speak up
- Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player
- Wine knowledge is a plus — passion for food and drink even more so
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional front-of-house service from arrival to departure
- Taking orders, making recommendations, and upselling naturally
- Managing your section with confidence and attention to detail
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider FOH team
- Creating a warm, memorable experience for every guest
- Handling guest queries and feedback professionally and calmly

Pay: £12.71-£14.71 per hour
