FREELANCE SITE MANAGERS – NORTH WEST
Fed up with corporate construction environments where site teams feel like numbers and communication from above is non-existent?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established North West refurbishment and fit out contractor with a reputation built over decades within the commercial and industrial sectors.
With a strong pipeline of secured projects across office space, warehousing, industrial and commercial environments, this business continues to grow year on year through repeat business, quality delivery and long-standing client relationships.
This isn’t a contractor chasing turnover at the expense of its people.

What are we looking for?
We want dynamic, commercially aware Site Managers who can take ownership of projects and confidently manage both site operations and client relationships.
Successful candidates will be able to:
- Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors and senior management
- Drive projects to programme whilst maintaining quality standards
- Monitor productivity and keep projects commercially on track
- Lead trades and subcontractors positively and professionally
- Problem solve within live refurbishment environments
- Maintain excellent health & safety standardsRepresent the business professionally with key stakeholders and end users
- Deliver projects with pride, attention to detail and accountability
The projects are varied, fast-moving and technically interesting — ideal for individuals who enjoy refurbishment and fit out environments where no two jobs are the same.Immediate freelance opportunities available.
Whilst these roles are initially freelance, there is genuine long-term potential for individuals who fit the culture and delivery standards of the business.
