Front of House Team Leader – YouMeSushi (Muswell Hill)

With ongoing expansion and exciting new locations, we’re on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Front of House Team Leader/Assistant Manager to join our brand-new Muswell Hill branch.

Role Overview:

As Front of House Team Leader/Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key part in the daily operations of the store — leading the front-of-house team, supporting service, managing orders, and ensuring excellent customer experience. You’ll be hands-on, organised, and ready to create a positive atmosphere for both the team and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during shifts
• Organise daily tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively
• Serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Prepare and package orders accurately for takeaway and delivery
• Ensure smooth and efficient service, even during peak times
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times
