GLL is looking for Baby & Pre-School Swimming Teachers based in Waltham Forest. As a Baby & Pre-School Swimming Teacher your primary role will be to deliver excellent quality Baby & Pre School swimming lessons inline with our product SWIMBiES. Baby & Pre-School Swimming Teachers deliver in the water for lessons, following the plans of the programme. Singing is a large part of the role, you will need to be confident to sing in public. You will be the face of our baby lesson programme at centres which means you will be expected to be able to communicate effectively to all customers, as well as being welcoming, creating a safe, fun and loving teaching environment.
What qualifications do I need to hold?
Baby & Pre School Swimming Teachers must hold one of the following qualifications:*
* If the above qualification is not held but you hold a STA Level 2 Award or certificate qualification and you have a passion for delivering Baby & Pre School swimming lessons we will work with you to help develop your delivery experience. STA Level 2 Award in Baby and Pre School Must be completed within 6 months of taking on regular lessons
Experience/ Knowledge
As a Baby & Pre School Swimming Teacher you will have experience and knowledge in the following areas:
Planning and completing any necessary administration will be a vital part of your role ensuring that the customer experience is positive from entering the centre through to changing and then during the lessons itself.
