An opportunity has arisen to appoint an Admin Assistant within Community Paediatrics Department based at St. John’s Hospital. This post supports a team of Community Paediatricians and Admin and secretarial staff.
The duties of the post are varied and include typing of letters and reports, dealing with mail, general office duties and scanning. Previous experience of using G2 Voice Recognition would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Attention to detail is essential.
This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
