Hessle Plant Ltd, an authorised Manitou dealer, is seeking a driven and commercially focused Area Sales Executive to promote and expand the presence of the Manitou brand within designated territories.. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a leading brand in construction and industrial equipment across a well-established territory.

The Role
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and Teesside. The role focuses on the sale and promotion of a comprehensive range of equipment, including:

• Telescopic handlers
• Forklifts
• Access platforms
• Piggyback forklifts
• Skid steer loaders

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new sales opportunities within the designated region
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Promote the full Manitou product range
• Conduct site visits, demonstrations, and customer consultations
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reporting

About You

• Proven experience in a sales role (construction, plant, or industrial equipment preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence
• Results-driven with a customer-focused approach
