Job Description:
We are recruiting for an experienced Warranty Specialist to join us on a 6 month FTC in Northampton! Role Purpose: To own, manage and resolve multiple customer kitchen and bathroom warranty cases, within agreed ways of working and to achieve excellent standards.
Job Responsibility:
- Timely management of warranty claims by telephone and email
- Conduct thorough investigations
- Liaise with stakeholders to agree plan of work
- Understand Wickes workmanship guarantees, product warranties and compensation framework
- Demonstrate knowledge of Consumer Legislation and Statutory Rights
- Facilitate difficult conversations with customers regarding compensation
- Evaluate work and arrange remedial installers
- Maintain high levels of service
- Manage high volumes of warranties
- Problem solve effectively
- Maintain personal motivation
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Develop comprehensive product, process and systems knowledge
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Focus and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work at pace
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid administration experience
- Good influencing skills
- Good computer skills including Google Docs
- Fantastic communicator
- Self starter
- Methodical

- Ability to work on site in Northampton
