- Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (commensurate with experience)
- OTE: £55,000 – £70,000+ Uncapped

We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Property Lister / Valuer to play a pivotal role in expanding market share across North West London and Middlesex. The Role:
As a Senior Property Lister / Valuer, you will be responsible for winning new instructions, accurately valuing properties, and delivering a first-class customer experience from initial appraisal through to completion. You’ll operate across a defined postcode territory, with the autonomy to manage your pipeline and the flexibility to incorporate hybrid working where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
- Build strong relationships with vendors and provide expert market advice
- Manage the full listing process from appraisal to launch
- Drive business growth through proactive prospecting and networking
- Support the directors specifically on sales, listings, and overall business growth
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey
- Stay ahead of local market trends in North West London and Middlesex
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Property Lister / Valuer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of the North West London and Middlesex property market
- Confident, target-driven, and commercially minded
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Self-motivated with a desire to build a long-term career
