IT SUPPORT ASSISTANT job at Woodford Green Full Time NEW

In this role, working with the IT Support Lead and external parties, you will provide IT support to staff and volunteers, help to resolve hardware and software issues, and assist with system maintenance. You will work across a variety of technologies, helping to maintain IT equipment while ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and professionally. Your contribution will be important in delivering a reliable IT service across the organisation.

We are seeking someone with strong communication skills, a logical approach to troubleshooting, and a genuine desire to learn and develop within IT. Whether you have previous experience in a support role or are looking to build your career in IT, we value a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
