About Meridian Contract Cleaning

Meridian Contract Cleaning is a UK managed commercial cleaning company. We provide fixed monthly cleaning contracts to offices, gyms, medical centres, schools and industrial sites across the UK. Every contract includes a dedicated cleaning team, photo-verified completion after every visit and a named account manager. Clients pay one fixed monthly fee and never have to think about cleaning again.

We generate all of our leads through paid advertising. You do not prospect, you do not cold call and you do not chase anyone who does not want to talk. Every call you take is with a business that has already enquired, received a personalised proposal and booked a call to discuss it.

What you will be doing

You take inbound sales calls with business owners and facilities managers who have enquired about a commercial cleaning contract. Before the call the lead has already received a branded proposal showing their estimated monthly fee, comparable contract values and what is included. Your job is to walk them through it, handle objections and close the contract on the call or within a short follow-up cycle.

What a typical week looks like

You receive inbound leads via our pipeline. Each lead has already been sent a proposal and booked a call time. You take the calls, close what you can and submit your post-call forms. You follow up on warm leads by phone until they decide. You track your own pipeline in HubSpot which we set up and manage for you.

There is no admin beyond the post-call form. There is no delivery. There is no client management after the close. Your only job is to close contracts.

What we are looking for

• Proven track record closing B2B phone sales — facilities management, cleaning, waste, staffing, utilities or any recurring service contract experience is a strong advantage
• Comfortable taking calls at volume and following a structured close process
• Able to handle price objections on commercial contracts ranging from £400 to £3,500/month
• Based in the UK with a professional phone setup
• Self-motivated, organised and able to manage your own pipeline without hand-holding
• Available for calls during UK business hours

Commission

10% of the first month’s contract value per closed deal, paid biweekly. Contract values range from £400 to £3,500 per month depending on site size and type. A closer completing 10 closes per month at an average contract value of £800 earns £800 in the same period. There is no cap.

Payment is made by bank transfer within 3 working days of each biweekly pay date, once the client’s first invoice is confirmed as paid in our billing system.
