The Role

This is a senior and highly visible role, responsible for leading the development of strategic thinking and translating audience insight into compelling creative concepts. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and creativity, playing a key role in pitches, client engagement and overall campaign direction.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading audience and cultural insight to inform creative strategy

• Developing strategic frameworks grounded in real audience understanding

• Translating insight into pitch-winning campaign concepts

• Collaborating with client services and production teams on delivery

• Supporting and leading client conversations with strategic depth

• Mentoring team members and contributing to team development

• Exploring and implementing new tools and technologies to enhance output

The Candidate

We’re looking for a strategic and creative thinker with experience in a similar role within an agency environment. You’ll be confident turning insight into ideas, presenting to clients, and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.Experience within experiential, events, entertainment or culturally-led campaigns would be highly advantageous.
