SHOWROOM MANAGER:
Join a rapidly expanding manufacturer and retailer of luxury interior products, who have recently taken on external investment and is in the process of undertaking a major rebrand and repositioning in its market. They have a newly refurbished retail shop in Kensington and a separate production facility in North London, where their flooring is hand-finished as per their customers’ requests.

They have a newly refurbished retail shop in Kensington and a separate production facility in North London, where their flooring is hand-finished as per their customers’ requests.
They are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager, ideally with 3 years or more experience in the Sales industry, with luxury flooring experience a plus, to come on board and help drive the business to the next level, turning it into a multi-million-pound enterprise.
SHOWROOM MANAGER ROLE:
- Meeting and undertaking client consultations in the showroom to assist retail and trade customers in selecting the right flooring by explaining material features, durability and maintenance requirements
- Keeping accurate records of all customer web enquiries and showroom visitors
- Upselling products and services where appropriate
- Attending site visits to measure and assess site readiness
- Using in-house quoting and measuring systems to generate accurate pricing and quotes for customers
- Managing the sales pipeline, updating CRM systems, and ensuring all customer enquiries are followed up in a timely manner via phone, email, messaging and website channels
- Maintaining regular contact with customers to identify their requirements and strengthen relationships
- Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maximise profitability and meet or exceed sales targets
- Keeping up to date with all products, including new products and discontinued lines
- Actively engaging and establishing new clients, including architects, interior designers and developers, to build relationships

- Being organised and people-focused with strong listening and communication skills
