Our leading international law firm is seeking an Events Specialist to support its legal networks within the life sciences sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive events professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality networking programmes and client engagement initiatives.
The Role
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will coordinate and deliver a range of events and membership activities, supporting the growth and success of specialist legal networks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for network members, managing communications and maintaining strong relationships
- Coordinating membership programmes, including onboarding, renewals, and database management
- Planning and delivering events and webinars, including logistics, timelines, and on-site execution
- Supporting business development and marketing initiatives to retain and grow membership
- Preparing communications and promotional materials to enhance network visibility
- Conducting research and producing reports to support internal stakeholders and client work
- Gathering and analysing event feedback and participation data to inform future activity
- Collaborating with colleagues across international teams to ensure seamless delivery
About You
You will be a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional events.
Requirements include:
- Proven experience in events management within a corporate or professional services environment
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and clients
- Experience using CRM systems and marketing tools is advantageous
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working in fast-paced environments
