We are currently looking for passionate and hardworking team members to join our Salford branch.

Job Overview

This is a hands-on role combining kitchen duties and customer service responsibilities. You will help prepare and cook food while also serving customers and ensuring they receive an excellent experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in delivering high-quality food and service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cooking and preparing food to Sunrise Caribbean standards
• Operating and managing the grill station
• Taking customer orders at the counter
• Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Preparing orders quickly and accurately
• Handling payments and using the till system
• Maintaining high food quality and presentation
• Assisting with stock rotation and food preparation tasks
• Keeping the kitchen and customer areas clean and organised
• Following food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures
• Working efficiently during busy periods and supporting team members

Essential Requirements

• Previous kitchen, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Grill experience is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• High standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends
