Tribal EBS is a flexible, modular student information system (SIS) built for Further Education, Higher Education, and vocational training organisations. With configurable modules and a real-time, unified view of students, staff, and activity, EBS adapts to the needs of diverse institutions.

The Role:
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional to support institutions through successful EBS implementations and build long-term, value-driven partnerships. This role combines project delivery, consultancy, and strategic advisory to ensure customers maximise the benefits of our solutions.

We are looking for people who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Proven project management skills, with the ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Experience delivering software training, consultancy, and advisory services that enable customers to make the most of their systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and encourage strategic product adoption and growth.
• The ability to provide feedback into product development and contribute to ongoing service improvement.
• Experience supporting business development activities such as pre-sales demonstrations and responding to tenders.
• Experience managing customer issues and escalations, ensuring they are resolved promptly with clear and consistent communication.
• Comfortable working independently and effectively in a remote environment.

It would be great if you had:

• Experience using Tribal EBS or a comparable student information system (SIS).
