Delta 12 Management is a growing organization focused on delivering exceptional solutions and service to our clients. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Self Employed Sales Representative to help expand our customer base, build lasting relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Position Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with management and team members to develop sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales, customer service, business development, or account management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
