Your Role

As a Multi-Drop Courier Driver, you will be responsible for delivering parcels safely, efficiently, and on time while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Safely operate a company van on designated delivery routes.

* Complete multi-drop deliveries efficiently and professionally.

* Load and unload parcels securely.

* Ensure all deliveries are completed within scheduled timeframes.

* Obtain proof of delivery and maintain accurate records.

* Carry out daily vehicle safety checks.

* Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, management, and customers.

* Follow all company procedures and road safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

* Hold a Full UK Driving Licence for a minimum of 2 years.

* Have no more than 6 penalty points on your licence.

* Have no previous driving disqualifications or bans.

* Be aged 23 years or over.

* Be confident driving a Medium and/or Long Wheel Base Van.

* Have at least 1 year of Multi-Drop Delivery experience (preferred).

* Be physically fit and capable of handling parcels throughout the day.

* Possess strong communication and organisational skills.

* DBS Certificate preferred (can be arranged if not currently available).

Training

A comprehensive training programme of 2–5 days is provided to ensure you are fully prepared for the role.

Training is paid at £70 per day and will be released after the successful completion of 12 weeks of continuous employment. This policy helps us build a committed and dependable team.

Working Hours

* Start Time: 7:30 AM (fixed start time)

* Up to 10-hour shifts

* Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
