CARE COORDINATOR – 2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Glasfryn House Nursing Home
Internal opportunity for two Care Coordinator positions. These roles provide leadership on the floor, support staff, oversee standards, monitor presentation, coordinate deliveries and stock, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home.

Essential Requirements:
– QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
– Experience within a nursing or residential care setting
– Strong organisational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
– Visible leadership and support throughout the shift
– Monitor care standards and resident wellbeing
– Ensure lounges, dining rooms and communal areas remain presentable
– Support documentation, staffing organisation and daily operations
– Receive, check and put away deliveries
– Monitor stock levels and support ordering processes

Working Pattern:
Week A: Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun (7am–7pm) = 60 hours
Week B: Thu, Fri (7am–7pm) = 24 hours

The second Care Coordinator will work the opposite rota pattern to ensure leadership cover across the service.

Average hours across the rota cycle are approximately 42 hours per week, with a full weekend off every other week and five days off during alternate weeks.

This forms part of the wider progression and development programme within Glasfryn House Nursing Home.

Pay: From £31,000.00 per year
